Made from polyester threads, woven lanyards are produced using the Jacquard loom system (a punch card and hook system) that enables the lanyards to be woven into intricate patterns. The look and feel of woven lanyards is similar to embroidered materials but does not feature a raised design.

Reflective lanyards are made of polyester with a highly-reflective strip added down the middle. They are generally used for safety purposes, brightly reflecting light that directly hits them, similar to a safety vest or other apparel.

Eco-friendly lanyards are made from Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), better known as recycled plastic. These lanyards still feel as soft as our polyester lanyards with the added bonus of being environmentally-friendly, as their production does not consume new plastic resources.

The heat transfer style of lanyard is perfect for intricate designs. This printing method dyes the design into the fabric via a heat press rather than printing on top like our silk-screened styles. Although these lanyards are made from polyester threads, their texture is completely smooth and softer due to extremely hot temperatures pressed onto them during their manufacture. A full color print is included in the price.
